The sensors are also supported and maintained by Cosesy for the consumers.

Detect water over a very larger area or length. An industrial grade cable with sensor to be placed below isolation and membranes, along narrow passages, below floors, industrial kitchen, and in areas where you cannot go easily. Cosesy did everything A-Z in this project within a few weeks to pilot the benefits and mechanical issues.

Toilet ball sensor

An electronic ball sensor to drop into the toilet tank. Then Cosesy "detects what happens" over the years. Things like how much and how "hard" a toilet is used, can be valuable for servicing the toilet or simply to get an idea about the health of the habitants.
This was a Cosesy pilot project, done in weeks, to calculate the possible returns on investment and check if it was possible to do at a very low cost pr. installation. The answer was yes.

Our leakage sensor monitors leaks from water pipes, visible pipes, hidden pipes, plastic pipes - in fact any pipes. Installation is simple and does not require any modification to the pipes. With the help of artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud processing, we ensure that you are informed about leaks instantly. Even small leakages can be detected in the early stage to avoid damages. The system has been tested with good performance in cooperation with a leading insurance company.

Developed the firmware for a customer's Hub which is using LTE-M and NB-IoT bands (SIM card IoT connectivity) using module Quectel BG95. The hub has entered production in high-volume.

Cam with focus on private life (DISCONTINUED PRODUCT, read on). Firmware, Cloud and App by Cosesy to make sure the camera lens is turned away when you are at home, and only watch when the house is monitored by the burglary alarm. The hardware was a typical commercially available chipset at that time, which Cosesy in 2018 chose to discontinue as Cosesy discovered that foreign "states" could get a backdoor to a camera. This is a well-known topic today, but in 2018, Cosesy was one of the first (maybe the first) to take action on that.

Besides coffee-machines, a serious IoT company like Cosesy have had to connect a fridge to the internet. The Cosesy fridge was alive on the network in 2013 with the help of Gram that delivered the fridge while Cosesy placed the electronics inside and software and apps in the cloud.

This was our E-Key, the first Hub from Cosesy. Wrapped in our own plastic casing, about 5x9cm. Our electronics could translate RS232 on a wired line to internet based traffic. This is how we connected the first alarm panels and products which were made for wired telephone lines, to become internet based.

In 2011, mobile apps were not as common as today. This was our first app, showing an overview of the home, connecting to cams, security sensors, smoke detectors and able to take pictures with the selfie cam during burglary. This was years ahead of other theft alarms at that time.

Packing consumer products is also part of making IoT. The right suppliers, quality and price must fit the product branding and how it is supposed to be handled in shipment and storage. This was our first packing in 2011 - today we must take sustainability and lifecycle into account as well.
